Your first session is always free
This is so that we can explain how our service works and you can decide if we sound like the right place for you. Your first session can be in person, by phone, or online.
Accessible Support
Our goal is to enable everyone who approaches us to get into support. If the full rates are out of your budget, we can discuss your situation and find a way forward at your first session.
Service Costs
Individual Counselling:
$150 per hour, including GST.
A number of WINZ (Disability Allowance) and subsidised koha spaces are available. If you are worried about costs, we encourage you to book your first session and we can discuss your options then. We will do what we can to support you.
Peer Support Groups:
Koha – contribute what you can afford
Therapy Programmes:
10 week group programmes with Trauma Therapist
$450 for the full 10 weeks in advance, incl. GST.
Terms and Conditions:
Appointments cancelled before 24 hours, no charge
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be charged 50%
Appointments missed and not cancelled within 24 hours in advance may be charged at 100% of the booked rate.
Invoices not settled within 90 days of the date of invoice may be referred to debt collection services. All collection costs will be added to the final amount owing.
