What We’re All About
Clients come to us for a range of issues they are struggling with.
Our clinical team addresses the unresolved trauma driving those issues and any problematic behaviours they may also be experiencing.
Sessions can be facilitated in-person, online or by phone.

Peer Support Groups
Offer a compassionate, judgment-free space to connect with others who’ve experienced similar challenges. Led by peers who understand the impact of trauma firsthand, these groups provide mutual support, shared understanding, and a sense of safety.

Healing takes time and support. Our therapy programmes offer a safe, structured space to explore, understand, and grow at your own pace, with guidance from compassionate professionals who are here to help.

We are a New Zealand wide agency
Local rooms are accessible in Wellington and Masterton.
Remote team members are available nationwide either by video or phone.
Our remote support team is available in Auckland, Ohakune, Palmerston North, Wairarapa, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Blenheim, Canterbury, Oamaru and Dunedin.
