Friends and Whānau Peer Support Group

It can be a lot if your friend, flatmate, partner, parent or child is a trauma survivor or someone with mental health difficulties. Sometimes it helps to meet others in similar situations and realise that you’re not alone.

This 10 week peer support group makes space for exploring emotions, boundaries, identity and self-care, ensuring that you are being looked after too.
