About me
Finding a counsellor and starting counselling can feel daunting. My aim is to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly at your own pace and feel genuinely heard and understood.
I also work alongside adolescents in an educational setting and provide online counselling support for people experiencing dementia-related change, loss, and grief.
My counselling approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and relational. I draw from a range of approaches including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, creative approaches, psychoeducation, emotional regulation strategies, and reflective exploration.
I have a particular interest in trauma, anxiety, attachment, identity, and the ways past experiences can continue to shape present patterns and relationships.
I believe counselling is not about fixing people, but about creating space for insight, understanding, healing, and meaningful change.
