Women’s Mental Health Support Group
This is a safe, supportive therapy group designed specifically for women navigating the effects of trauma and mental health challenges. The group provides a compassionate space where you can connect with others who understand, learn valuable tools for emotional regulation, and gain deeper insight into your experiences through psycho education and guided discussions.

Three trained facilitators, 5-10 participants
Safety and Privacy:
As with all our services, your attendance and what you share will be kept confidential within Trauma Recovery Aotearoa. You do not have to share anything you are not comfortable with.
Our groups are run by trained facilitators who assess all potential members prior to attendance. The meeting times of our groups are kept private to help ensure confidentiality and safety. If you have any concerns about attending, please let us know.
