Sports Injury Coping & Resilience Group
This programme is designed to support individuals who have experienced sports-related injuries and are navigating the psychological, emotional, and social impacts of injury.
The group provides a structured, trauma-informed peer support environment that complements, but does not replace, clinical treatment.

Cost:
We ask people attending to contribute 20$.
Koha contribution is also an option, contribute what you can afford so that everyone has the opportunity to access support.
Attendees:
Two trained peer facilitators, 5-10 participants
Safety and Privacy:
As with all our services, your attendance and what you share will be kept confidential within Trauma Recovery Aotearoa. You do not have to share anything you are not comfortable with.
Our groups are run by trained facilitators who assess all potential members prior to attendance. If you have any concerns about attending, please let us know.
