Women’s Mental Health Support Group

This is a safe, supportive therapy group designed specifically for women navigating the effects of trauma and mental health challenges. The group provides a compassionate space where you can connect with others who understand, learn valuable tools for emotional regulation, and gain deeper insight into your experiences through psycho education and guided discussions.

Friends and Whānau Group

It can be a lot if your friend, flatmate, partner, parent or child is a trauma survivor or someone with mental health difficulties. Sometimes it helps to meet others in similar situations and realise that you’re not alone. This group makes space for exploring emotions, boundaries, identity and self-care, ensuring that you are being looked after too.

Asian Peer Support Group

Join our free 8-week Asian Peer Support Group open to all genders and ages in a safe and welcoming space to reflect, connect and build resilience. Together we explore themes such as identity, belonging, trauma, acculturation and emotional well-being in a respectful and culturally sensitive environment.
